Are all the product descriptions and prices 100% accurate? When products are listed, we use the manufacturer's item descriptions for the item. From time to time, there are price changes and we try to keep up with the changes and updates. Occasionally, we miss changes and when a customer orders an item and it is priced incorrectly, we have to charge the current price. Is it safe to use my credit card online to make payment? Yes. When you place an order to us, your credit card numbers are sent through a secure socket layer (SSL) encrypted software by GeoTrust to PAYPAL. DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories uses the PAYPAL gateway system for processing all transactions. The system we use is one of the best available from PAYPAL. Why do you charge for shipping? Some other Jeep parts websites don't charge for shipping. Let's face it...it costs to ship anything. At DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories we do our best to keep prices as low as possible. We charge the least amount we can for the shipping. See our "Shipping Rates" page for more details on shipping. Some items are oversize or overweight and these items require additional freight surcharges. Other websites that do not charge for shipping usually work shipping charges into their prices.
