When you're scrambling up a trail and crawling over a ledge, you need all of your Jeep's power in the low RPM range. This makes the difference between powering over your obstacle, or finding something to attach your winch to.
Because Jeep enthusiasts need power from idle to 3,000 RPM, Gibson designed their Jeep exhaust to be very different from its truck and SUV systems. To enhance low and midrange power for climbing and towing, a single cat-back system was specially designed for the Jeep to provide minimal interior noise levels with maximum exhaust evacuation. A dual exhaust is available for some applications that enhances low-end power and performance that exits straight out from the rear of your Jeep.
Gibson's Direct Fit performance headers can also enhance your Jeep's on and off road abilities. These headers easily bolt on to replace the factory exhaust manifold(s). The individual tube runners enhance exhaust flow, lower engine operating tempuratures, and provide additional throttle response and low-end power.
If your Jeep is equipped with an aftermarket V-8 or if you simply want a more agressive sound and power, Gibson's Super Flow Performance mufflers are also available with its unique CFT design. Adding this muffler to your Jeep not only gives it a deep powerful sound, it also dramatically reduces back-pressure and provides optimum performance from whatever engine is in your Jeep.
