The brake system of your Jeep is probably more important than anything else. You must keep your Jeep brakes working properly for the safety of you and your passengers. Jeep brake drums, Jeep brake rotors, Jeep brake pads, and Jeep brake shoes wear out from use. Renew that positive braking action designed for your Jeep brake system. Eliminate those brake squeaks and rattles from worn and broken Jeep brake parts. Omix-Ada brake hardware kits have all the necessary hardware, springs, and clips you need to get that smooth brake operation back again. Replacement of those leaking Jeep wheel cylinders and Jeep brake calipers will do away with that "spongy" brake feel.
If you are going to do a suspension lift on your Jeep, don't forget that the brake hose to the wheel will also need be replaced. You will need the extended Jeep brakes hoses which will allow for the additional lift. Goodridge braided stainless steel brake lines are an excellent choice. They are longer than stock Jeep brake line hose and are a direct replacement for the stock hose. The extended Jeep brakes hose install quickly and they also give a firmer feel at the pedal.
Unless you get underneath your Jeep from time to time, those bent, damaged, or ruster out brake lines can go unnoticed. Be sure to check them out, especially if you go off-roading. Replacement lines are available through DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories.
