Minimum order. DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories has no minimum order requirement. However, shipping rates applied to small orders may exceed the value of the merchandise ordered. PA residents must include 6% sales tax.
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern time) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern time) will be processed on the second business day. Some orders may take an additional day for processing, depending on our order volume. Every effort is made to process orders as soon as possible. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using FedEx, UPS Ground Service, or USPS Priority Mail. We require a physical address to ship to, No PO Boxes or APO's. If the address furnished is undeliverable by FedEx or UPS and the shipment is returned to DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories, the customer is responsible for paying a second shipping charge to reship the merchandise. In addition, many items supplied by DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories are shipped from the manufacturers or our suppliers, directly to our customers. At times, some merchandise may be out of stock. In this case, in-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible and back-ordered items will be shipped separately, as soon as they become available.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer's Warranties. Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty. All warranty claims or repair claims are to be made to the manufacturer. DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories is not responsible for any warranty, repair, or replacement claims.
Manufacturer's Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at www.dmpenterprises@dejazzd.com (with "CUSTOMER SERVICE" in the subject field), for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). No packages will be accepted without an RGA# written clearly on the package.
Special Note Regarding Body Parts. All body kits, body tubs, body parts (hoods, fenders, side panels, replacement panels, floor panels, tailgates, hardtops, windshield frames, etc.) are sold "AS IS". These types of merchandise can not be returned to DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories for credit or refund. Drilling, cutting, or other modifications may be required for proper installation.
Return Merchandise Policy. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. Merchandise that has been painted or altered in any way cannot be returned. Body parts and electrical items are not returnable.You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to www.dmpenterprises@dejazzd.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without an RGA# written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have an RGA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the RGA# clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Misprint Policy. DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories makes every effort to provide you with accurate product information and the best prices. However, errors regarding products and pricing can occur. If an error is found during order processing, DMP Jeep Parts & Accessories will correct the error on our website and notify you of the error. You have the opportunity to cancel the order if the correction is not acceptable, or approve the order with the corrected information in place.
